      Post Production Defects for Foxtel’s new Broadband, Home Phone and Television offering, liaising with the business for documenting and agreeing new business, IS and Operational processes. Management of the identification, analysis and fixing of all defects and tracking of these, reporting and meeting with senior stakeholders to resolve issues. Foxtel Pricing and Packaging Project. This was for all of the Kenan, Workflow IS changes required to implement new pricing against the new packages that Foxtel released into the market in November 2014 The engagement of a new third party call centre vendor for the strategic establishment of a facility to cover Triple Play, IQ3 and Pricing and Packing, incorporating an additional 110 agents. RFP Process for the sourcing of a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Compliance Vendor for the provision of a software solution and maintenance and support. Telstra Hard Bundles Project – implementing a new Foxtel bundle for Telstra to onsell. Managing a Business Analyst to identify impacts, design and dependencies, liaison with the business and Telstra for stakeholder management and identification of business requirements. Telstra Premium Business Sales Project – Managing the analysis, design and build of a new strategic program of works for Telstra enabling them to sell packages of business phone, broadband and Foxtel into Telstra business customers. Foxtel Business Sales CR Changes Project – analysis, design and dependencies between systems for the updating of various systems across Foxtel Business Sales. RFP Process for Foxtel’s Triple Play Project, involving 6 RFP’s and 30 vendors covering broadband, pay for TV and telephone services in the areas of Data Centres, Network Hardware, Systems Integration, Web Services, Remote Management, Email-Webmail Services, Business Operational Support Systems (PCRF), and Integration Services.

      Senior Business Analyst at Foxtel working on the Triple Play project to launch broadband internet and fixed-line telephony services bundled with its television product. Worked across a number of streams including workflow (automation of order processing) and product and pricing (system changes to accommodate the new product structure releases November 2014). Worked primarily to liaise with the business to document requirements in short time frames to ensure deadlines to launch were achieved. Reviewed technical design documents and test scripts.
